At Rangraiza, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Sale or discounted items

• Customized or stitched orders (if applicable)

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or negligence

• Color or design variations that occur due to lighting or screen resolution differences

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp

2. Share your order number, issue details, and clear images/video of the product

3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days

Once approved, further instructions will be shared.

4. Shipping Costs

• If the return/exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item), Rangraiza will bear the shipping cost

• If the exchange is requested for personal reasons (e.g., size preference), shipping charges will be borne by the customer

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only in case of damaged or incorrect items

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit, depending on availability

• Refund processing may take 7–10 working days

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

• If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or alternative product may be offered

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch

• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained

8. Right to Refuse

Rangraiza reserves the right to accept or decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
